Roo had her very first dentist appointment last week. I really expected her to be apprehensive and we basically scheduled her for a looky-loo instead of a real appointment in case she flipped out. But, no, my super brave girl was not only compliant, but actually LIKED it. She even let them pick at her teeth and polish them! I was shocked. She was really into the vacuum tube that sucks the spit out, thought it was hilarious. I really wish I had photo documentation of this epic occasion because it was truly a sight to behold.
I am so proud!

Good girl Roo! I liked the dentist when I was a kid too! That cool chair, the candy when it was over, priceless!
ReplyDeleteCandy at the dentist? I don't think they do that anymore. Roo got a Cinderella toothbrush and seemed pretty pleased about that!
