Moral Fiber

I received some new snacks from Kellogg's to try out recently. I do love food, so bring it on…

Their new Special K Blueberry Cereal is tasty and the box says it can help you lose 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I can't verify that but I do love the fact that it stays crispy in milk and it does feel more satisfying than other breakfast cereals.

The FiberPlus Antioxidants bars are great for stashing in your purse for when you forget to stop and eat a meal. It happens, right? They come in Chocolate Chip and Dark Chocolate Almond flavors (I prefer the Chocolate Chip but both are yummy) and are a great way to incorporate more fiber into your diet. Your kids will want them but I would save them for yourself since they have vitamins and antioxidants in all that chocolatey goodness.

The Special K Crackers, available in Italian Tomato & Herb and Multi-Grain flavors, are a great snack for kids and parents. They have 48% less fat and 50% more whole grain than the leading wheat crackers, which I will assume means Wheat Thins, since that's basically what they look and taste like. Just 90 calories for 17 crackers, they're great for snacking and as a lunchbox addition.
