Wordless Wednesday- Thanksgiving

We drove 900+ miles to West Virginia and back over the holiday last week. Here are some highlights. Roo and Jasper had a great time with their dad's side of the family and can't wait to see all their cousins again soon. P.S. Bob's dad and brother shot the "ouchie deer" as Jasper called it.

  1. Looks like a very fun Thanksgiving day holiday. I have to admit though, the ouchie deer struck me more as yucky deer.
I love the shot on the swing, it shows so much fun in it's small frame.

  4. What a great time for the kids! I'm sure you two are exhausted though.

I think your kin's house is lovely. I like the rustic look, minus the ouchy deer, of course.

  8. The pics are all so fun! I love one of them swinging. It makes me think of sitting on Uncle Bob's lap and swinging on that very one. :) The picture of Jasper with the pumpkin is adorable! Dad would always hang his 'ouchie deers' at the back of the house and we weren't allowed to go in our bedroom until it was down. i guess mom didn't want us to see it, but we would sneak around the house to look at it anyhow. hehe i love using 'ouchie deer' meat in stoganoff instead of beef. yum! it was great seeing you guys, too bad it wasn't for longer. :( love all the pics you posted!
