I will admit it: my kids eat way too many chicken nuggets. It's a fallback food, true, but at least you can have some added control over the nutritional value of the nuggets you feed them! Perdue recently introduced a Whole Grain Chicken line that features premium white meat with breading that provides 8g of whole grains and 4g of fiber per serving. The offerings include breaded chicken breast nuggets, tenders and strips, all packaged in family sized resealable bags so you can choose how much (or little!) to cook at one time without waste.

It's nice to be able to have a non-peanut butter protein source for nights when cooking seems like an insurmountable task. You can even microwave Perdue Whole Grain Chicken Breast Nuggets if you're really in a rush, although they are definitely tastier when baked and crispy on the outside.
