Sleepy's is challenging women to add an extra 365 hours of sleep to their lives in 2012 for better health and well-being. I can certainly attest to the ravages of crummy sleep patterns. Jasper's been crawling into our bed in the wee hours, when I'm too tired to carry him back to his bedroom, and he moves around like crazy while he sleeps, so it keeps me in a half-wakeful slumber. And I spend my days as a total zombie, albeit slightly more well-groomed.
Aside from offering a large selection of mattresses, Sleepy's has a wealth of tips for better rest. I have a way to go before I manage an extra hour of sleep every night but I'm working on it!
