who commented: swirls for sarah is my favorite style. I would use them to connect to other mothers at school and dance classes.
I've noticed a zillion "mommy cards" online in recent months but these, from the aptly-named Mommy Cards are certainly the most beautiful. The colors are lovely and the typography is well thought out, too– something that is lacking on many of the other mommy card brands I've seen. Imagine how sophisticated you'll look whipping one of these out at the park or preschool! (I wouldn't even mind dropping one of these in amongst all the "official" business cards…) They look so good, in fact, they might actually encourage you to get out there and meet new people. Offline.
To enter and win a set of 50 Mommy Cards in the lovely Swirls for Sarah style, please comment on this post with your favorite style of Mommy Cards and how you would use them.
Entries will be accepted through May 21st and I'll pick the winner using Random.org.
US/Canada readers are eligible. Only one entry/comment per person, please.
Make sure you leave an email address in your comment or that you have one accessible on your blog so you can be contacted if you win! Or, you may choose to check for your nickname at Prizey.Fetch, a new site that compiles winners in one convenient place:

Thanks! Amanda
I like the "green branch" style best. This would be great when you run into someone and want to give them your contact info without digging through your purse & writing on a receipt while juggling child(ren)!
ReplyDeleteI really like the olivia brown design... I would definitely use them for work!

I love the blue branches! I would probably use them for my small buisness
ReplyDeletemcginnisfamily5(at)gmail(dot)com
The Olivia Brown is just lovely. I would probably use them at Music class, or in our new neighborhood. We plan to move soon!
ReplyDeleteBlue Branch...it's way easier to have these handy then to try and exchange numbers in your phone whil your child is eating/touching/licking something he shouldn't.

I love the rose petal ones. I'd use them for when I'm out with my daughter and we just run into a mom with a child we seem to hit it off with but it's awkward to just be like 'can I have your number?'. This would be easier to say 'hey, if you want to set up a playdate give me a call or email'.
ReplyDeleteI like the swirls for sarah and the green branch designs. I would use them exactly as they are intened...to pass on my info to other moms at the parks and playgroups. It's amazing how often it comes up!

I love the Olivia Brown design. I meet a lot of mommies at Gymboree, and even though we get along in class, it seems hard to make the transition to outside of class. Maybe I can use these to start a conversation with them about the cards, and then try to set up a playdate! Thanks so much!
