Take 10 Beverages

Take 10 Beverages are pretty much the opposite of energy drinks: organic herbal ingredients blended together in a sugar-free, calorie-free shot meant to support relaxation and sleep by reducing mental and physical stress. These little (2 oz.) bottles provide much-needed downtime to frazzled, overworked people. Like parents.

I tried Take 10 to Sleep (blackberry) and Take 10 to Relax (white grape) and was surprised at how effective they were. I don't like taking sleep aids in case they make me groggy the next morning but I didn't have any after-effects from Take 10 to Sleep and slept soundly through the night. I am especially fond of Take 10 to Relax, which proved very useful in taking the edge off when I had one of those days where the kids just won't stop acting up. You can also take a swig and save the rest for later, since the bottles screw closed. The labels come off of the bottles, too, and are the perfect size to refill with shampoos or lotions for air travel, which is a nice bonus.

Visit Take 10 on Facebook or on Twitter for more information.
