COMMENTS CLOSED
*** Winner selected via random.org***
CONGRATULATIONS QTPIES7!

***Entries will be accepted through September 30.***

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR EMAIL WITH YOUR COMMENTS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BLOG OR IF YOUR BLOG IS PRIVATE/RESTRICTED!!!
Otherwise, I won't be able to reach you if you win.

Welcome to my very first giveaway! It's a really good one, too, be sure to tell all your friends and please feel free to link to it if you have a blog.

Hey, I just noticed that this giveaway also coincides with my 100th blog post! High-fives all around…

The Learning Tower is a sturdy platform that allows children to not only observe but participate in counter-height adult activities like cooking or washing dishes. It's literally a step up from traditional stools which can slip or tilt when an active child is using them. The Learning Tower can be adjusted to four different heights as your child grows and is recommended for ages 18 months through 6 years. It can be used as a stepstool, a desk, a playhouse– whatever a child can imagine! Two kids can even work together safely on The Learning Tower– it is rated to hold up to 500 lbs!

Add the optional Playhouse Kit to give your child even more ways to play with The Learning Tower. This new accessory set comes with four themed signs, bright red curtains, and a roof attachment:

Suggested retail value of The Learning Tower is $169.95 and $32.95 for the additional Playhouse Kit, but Carol Gamble of Little Partners, its creator, has graciously agreed to send a complete set to one of my lucky readers! Wow! Wouldn't this make the perfect present for your little one?

To enter (US readers only due to shipping costs, sorry), just leave a comment on this post telling me where Carol Gamble resides and, for fun, how your kid would use The Learning Tower.

Entries will be accepted throughout the month of September, with the winner to be announced the first week of October, just in time for the onset of holiday baking… If you have a blog, it would be great if you could link back to this post or grab the logo to share the contest with your readers. (If you want to give them a chance to win, that is.) If you don't have a blog, make sure to leave your email so I can get in touch with you if you are the lucky winner.

I wish I was was eligible to win! Roo would LOVE The Learning Tower.

***Check out my other contest: Win a nursing nightgown by Boob!
Enter by midnight, October 5th!***

  1. So cool.

I visited the site, says the generous Ms. Gamble lives in Shreveport. I'll definitely pass the word. It looks like and incredible product. Living with a climbing 15 month old and a let-me-help 3 year old, I know it'd get its share of loving wear and tear here.
    ;)

  2. Hey :) It looks like Carol lives in Shreveport. I will try to link to this! I have never entered a blog contest before - good luck to me!

  3. I had fun checking out all of the different ways the Learning Tower could be used... Wow!
I posted about your contest and must say that, with six little ones (all six and under) the Learning Tower would see lots of FUN in our house!!
Oh, and Carol lives in Shreveport.

  4. Oh wow!! I would love to win this!!!

Ms. Gamble is a resident of Shreveport and a native of Louisiana.

Being a Mom of seven children, six under the age of 9, I'm sure one of them will have fun with this.... I know more than one of them would though. They'd be playing store, lemonade stand, and whatever else they could think up. Plus I know the two younger girls would enjoy using it in the kitchen as a stool to stand on to help me cook, bake, etc.

  5. Carol is a resident of Shreveport and a native of Louisiana! I am so excited about the Learning Tower, because my 21 month old daughter insists on standing next to me or my husband while we wash dishes every night, and "help" us. She drags a kitchen chair over to the sink by herself and climbs up on it! But then she splashes the water from the sink all over herself and the chair, and once she slipped off and I caught her as she was going head-first onto the kitchen floor.

So as you can see, I need the Learning Tower so my daughter can safely help do dishes! Plus, her favorite activity at the public library is the puppet theater they have to play with, so she would have a blast using the Playhouse kit to turn it into a puppet theater!

Every time I go to the store with my daughter, who is almost 4, she wants all the gimmicky and ultimately disposable toys, mostly the ones she's seen advertised on tv. I love the Learning Tower, because it inspires imaginative play and fun--no batteries to install, no lead paint to worry about, and it won't break after a week. I would love to give the Learning Tower to my daughter for her 4th birthday. I am already imagining making those cookies with my little helper. And I can't wait to put on those puppet shows! Yes!

  99. First of all, Carol lives in Shreveport, LA. Secondly, we would use this for traditional Thanksgiving Tamale making with Great-Grandma and Mommy. I would love for her to have that memory of her without me worrying about her being on an unstable chair to get her to counter height. Plus the theater/fort conversion would be awesome for her imagination (especially now that I try to limit her use of painted toys with all that is being recalled).

    ReplyDelete
  100. Ooh, I would love this! My daughter loves to help me cook, so we'd use it for her to do that, and finally her baby brother could help too (now we have to wait until he's asleep or at Grandma's in order to cook together, otherwise it becomes a big contest about who will get to stand on the step stool, and who will fall and crack his/her head on the stone tile floor...good times).

So Carol Gamble lives in Shreveport, Louisiana. I've actually been through there once on the way to Texas. And my friend D is from a tiny town 30 miles away.
