Liberty Mutual, is one of the largest insurers in the country. As part of their continuing commitment to bettering our communities, they have introduced a new website: The Responsibility Project. The website reflects the importance of teaching our children about personal responsibility and was inspired by Liberty Mutual's "pay it forward" series of tv commercials, which generated overwhelming public interest. People wanted an open forum where they could discuss personal responsibility and access resources to help engage and teach their kids about responsibility. To that end, The Responsibility Project features short films, a blog, and links to other helpful resources. My favorite feature of the site is "What's Your Policy?" which lets visitors define different parameters of responsibility. It's interesting not only to read other peoples' viewpoints, but to actually have to write your own down and think about it.
Thanks to Mom Central for bringing The Responsibility Project to my attention.
